Set up Services:
Includes setting up rented items and owner provided items. We are able to set up arches, dinnerware, centerpieces, tables, chairs, aisles and decor.
$50/hour for 2 members of staff
$80/hour for 4 members of staff
*2 hour minimum
*Mileage not included
Tear down Services:
Includes tearing down decor, packing it up not just in the boxes but even to your car! We just need a detailed list of where everything is supposed to go and we will take care of carefully packing it in the designated containers and packing it away to the designated vehicle.
$80/hour for 3 members of staff

*WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRASH OR DISPOSING OF FOOD/CLEANING FOOD ITEMS- THIS IS NOT PART OF THE TEAR DOWN SERVICES*
Decor Directing Services:
While wedding planners are literally the best thing ever, sometimes you find yourself needing a bit more when it comes to planning the decor details down to the tiniest detail. That's where we've got you C.O.V.E.R.E.D.
With our Decor Directing Services, you not only get one-on-one help with your decor questions and expert advisement about rentals but you also get early access to exclusive new inventory, styling design plans including 1 on-site consulting appointment (within 30 miles) and set up on the day of.
*Additional mileage will be charged after 30 miles
$350- Fixed rate for unlimited emails, phone calls and communication
Delivery:
If you are running short on time during your week of event and are looking to save a trip to pick up your decor, have us deliver! This will include us packing up your items, delivering them to your venue and unloading them for you. This will NOT include any time of set up or installation.
$25.00 + $1.00/mile one way
Additional Mileage:
Additional mileage will be charged for set up/tear down.
$1.00/mile
